What are some reasons to stay drug free?
Save money To stay healthy To have healthy relationships To stay out of jail and not have legal problems To have control of your own life To be able to make good choices These are just a few reasons!

What can you do if you or someone you know has a problem with using drugs?

You can’t get help, until the person can admit that they have a drug problem. That is the first step to being able to recover. Intervention: is a group of people getting together to help an addict realize that there is a problem. Detoxification: the process of ridding the body of unnecessary toxins ---- in this case drugs. Treatment Center is a group of doctors and nurses who help a person get off a drugs. The first thing they do is make them go through a detoxification process. Counseling helps when the drug problem has occurred because there is some mental/emotional issue that lead the person to use drugs. Support groups help people know they are not alone and support each other when people in the group are struggling.

What should the last few slides say?

If you don’t get it yet, the joke’s on you!
