3 Introduction Lesson Quiz Review of common kitchen utensils: Spatula – used for flipping eggs, pancakes, etc. Rolling pin – used for rolling out various types of dough Wooden Spoon – used for mixing and blending ingredients Measuring cups – used to measure your ingredients accurately Mixing bowl – used for storage and mixing of ingredients Skillet – used to fry food such as eggs Pots – used for cooking such foods as stews, pastas, hard- boiled eggs, etc. on the stove top
