In an effort to facilitate communication within our company we will be implementing a collaboration software tool called Jam from SuccessFactors. 9 Email Templates Email from Executive Sponsor Dear Colleagues, We are embarking on an exciting collaboration opportunity with SuccessFactors that is going to leverage a social media platform- Jam- for our business communication! In the coming week(s) prepare to receive email notification from a Jam Champion- one of your fellow colleagues- to login to your Jam account. After receiving this email make sure to login to Jam and begin collaborating with your colleagues in a new way. If you have any questions, comments or concerns do not hesitate to contact your Jam Champion. Sincerely, Executive Sponsor

Email Templates Email from Champion to Colleague(s) Dear Colleague, I’ve just invited you to join the group (Group name) on Jam. You’ll see this invitation in your inbox in the Jam homepage. You will also receive an email notification. You can join this group to start collaborating with fellow colleagues. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Champion

Champion Definition What is a Jam Champion A Jam Champion is a person who has been chosen to lead a Jam group. Champions may be selected because they have deep expertise in an area of the company (such as a product expert or a process expert), or because they provide a large amount of content that is used by others, such as a Marketing or HR person. They may be technology enthusiasts who are eager to use their social networking skills in a business environment. Or, they may be people who would be interested in creating a blog to share their thoughts and expertise with the rest of the organization. All of these types of Champions add value to the Jam environment.

Expectations of Champions As a Champion, you’ll have some key duties to make your group successful. These items are: To create and/or gather content for your group To populate the group with this relevant content To invite others to your group To act as a leader for discussions within your group You’ll be invited to a Champions Workshop in the next few days, where you’ll learn more about the Jam product’s capabilities. You’ll brainstorm on ideas for your group, and will begin to map out the content and structure of your group. You’ll spend time building your group, and then will invite other relevant people to your group when you’re finished. As people start using your group for communication, you’ll act as a moderator, guiding the conversations and making sure your group is providing a great place for information and discussions.

Thank You
