Line up against the wall on the side next to the hinges of the door.
All cell phones must be turned off! No sound, light, nada.
You must be completely silent.
The goal is to appear to be elsewhere and to go home at the end of the day!

7. Reading Language Arts – E.L.T. 09/16/19 Read a book of your choice.
When you finish the book, see me to complete your book recommendation form.
You must read at least 3 books this nine weeks and complete the corresponding book recommendation.
You will have time in class to read, but you could also read on your own, too.
You may certainly read more to earn more points!
YOUR THIRD BOOK MUST BE FINISHED BY AT LEAST 10/04. Remember to include a completed book recommendation and take your photo.

Add your new sheets to the next available page in your ELT notebook and put today’s date on it.

What is your most prized possession? Why is it so valuable to you?
If you could live in any fictional tv show or book, what would it be and why? Would you be a character or yourself? Why?
What part of being an adult seems to be the most fun? Which part seems to be the most challenging?
Describe your perfect day. Where would you go? What would you do?
If you could create your own planet in outer space, what would it be like? What would the rules be? What would people do?
Free write about a topic of your choice.
YOUR THIRD JOURNAL SET MUST BE FINISHED BY AT LEAST 10/04. Every three pieces are for a grade!
