Writing Choose a writing prompt from the October writing calendar Math: Addition and Subtraction We will learn how to add and subtract within 100 using strategies based on place value. Math IXL Practice – math facts within 20 Practice 1 addition and 1 subtraction (within 100) problem each night Writing: Informational Text We will learn how to write an informative/ explanatory text that includes all of the following: introduce the topic, uses facts and definitions to develop points, and provide a concluding statement or section.
