We will continue to use addition and subtraction strategies to solve one step word problems within 20.

Watch the S.O.S video on the class blog under the “homework resources” tab and practice with your weekly spelling words-does, then, would, could, should

Writing: Personal Narratives
As we continue to work on our small moments, we will use a narrative checklist to make sure we are including all of the elements of a personal narrative.

Read 20 minutes every day

Review States of Matter Study Guide for test
Science/SS/Health: States of Matter
We will compare and contrasts states of matter (solid, liquid, gas), properties of matter (color, mass, length, texture, hardness, strength, absorbency, flexibility) and explain how some changes in matter caused by heating and cooling can be reversed while others are irreversible.
