Sentence: Aristocrats were people who owned land.

3 B is for Buddhism Word: Buddhism
Sentence: Buddhism was a belief that helped people escape pain and happiness. 

4 C is for Civil Service Exams
Word: Civil  Sentence: The Civil Service Exams were very hard tests that if you passed, you could get a government job.

5 D is for Dao Word: Dao Sentence: Dao was the proper "way" to rule a country.

6 E is for Expensive Word: expensive
Sentence: The trip over the Silk Road was expensive.

7 F is for Filial piety Word: filial
Sentence: Filial piety was a rule that made children have to respect their older relatives and parents.

8 G is for Gobi desert Word: Gobi
Sentence: The Gobi desert is a vast, cold,and rocky desert.

9 H is for Huang He Word: Huang Sentence: The Huang He river, also known
as the Yellow river,  was more than 2,900  miles long.

Word: Neo - Confucianism  Sentence: Neo - Confucianism was a new type of Confucianism later on in China.

Sentence: Oracle bones were a system of writing to ask the gods for help.

Sentence: Porcelain was perfected in the Tang Dynasty. They were made out of fine clay and traded on the Silk Road.

Sentence: Qin Shihuangdi was a ruler in the Qin Dynasty.

Sentence: The first rulers were part of the Xia Dynasty.

by Zhang Qian.  The Chinese  people used the  road to trade  high-priced goods.

wanted to end the  problems of China  and create peace.

Sentence: The Great Wall of China was unbelievible. It was made by farmers in the Qin Dynasty by hand, stones, sand, and piled rubble.

Sentence: The Shang Dynasty started in the Huang He River Valley.

24 W is for Warlords Word: warlord
Sentence: Warlords were military leaders that run a government.

25 X is for Xianyang Word: Xianyang Sentence: Xianyang
was the first captiol  of the Qin Dynasty.

26 Y is for Yangtze River Word: Yangtze
Sentence: The Chang Jiang river was also known ans the Yangtze River. It flowed for more than 3,400 miles.

27 Z is for Zhou Dynasty Word: Zhou
Sentence: The Zhou Dynasty was best known for being the longest dynasty. It lasted about 800 years.
