3 WHAT IS PINPOINT? Microsoft Pinpoint is Microsoft’s single marketplace platform for business customers to connect with Microsoft Partner Network members. It helps Microsoft Partners to extend their reach and scale their business by profiling and showcasing their applications and services to customers on Microsoft web sites, search engines, products and product-specific marketplaces Pinpoint

6 GETTING STARTED ON PINPOINT
Review the Pinpoint Profile Guidelines to learn how to create a successful profile. Sign in to your Pinpoint Dashboard with your Windows Live ID (You must have Global Administrator Rights). Contact your PAM, call , or me if you have issues with this step Click on the “Actions” drop down menu whilst, in the “Company Overviews” tab to begin Editing, Associating Countries and Managing Locations. Please be aware that you need to submit a Company Overview before you can submit an App or Service Once finished, click “Submit for Approval”. Changes will take up to five business days to appear on the Pinpoint site Pinpoint

7 HOW TO MAKE IT GREAT Things to keep in mind
Use language your customers will understand Keep profiles short and succinct Use spellcheck before submitting (!) Review formatting before submitting (!!) Company Profile Checklist Include a Logo Company History Area(s) of expertise Target customer segment(s) Workforce Certs/Qualifications/Experience Benefits provided to customer (What sets you apart from the competition?) ALL Australian locations and relevant contact details Solution Profile Checklist Include as many targeted links as possible Link to Case Studies in the “White Paper” section Profile as specifically as possible Upload a demo, or screenshots whenever available
