Maslow Model Rewired Connection Esteem, Reputation and Competence
Safety, Order & Certainty Community, Belonging & Love Food, Shelter & Sex N”eeds are not hierarchical – life is messier than that”. Maslow’s model was criticized for its strict hierarchy. Maslow already stated in his revisions that the different needs are flexible and must not all be completely fulfilled at all times. In order to find a more flexible model that fits closer to reality, the rewired model was introduced by Pamela Rutledge. This model emphasis the connection between human beings as they are the engine to fulfill all of the needs.
