3. Visits… We invite the children to visit their new classes on:
Thursday 6th July
Thursday 13th July
(see individual ‘Early Days’ sheets for times)

4. Early Days…
W/C Tuesday 5th September – the children will attend for half a day.
(see individual ‘Early Days’ sheets for details)
W/C Monday 11th September – all children will attend school full-time 8:50am – 3:15pm.

5. Daily Routine…
Please bring your child to the outside classroom door in the morning and pick them up from there at the end of school. School starts: 8:50am Morning Break: 10:30am - 10:45am Lunchtime: 12:00pm – 1:10pm Afternoon break: 2:20pm – 2:30pm End of school: 3:15pm

6. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY ALLERGIES.
Morning Break Snack…
Two options:
Pay £2 per week for school snack (paid Monday in a named envelope)
Bring own healthy snack
We are a healthy school, so no sweets or fizzy drinks please.

7. School Meals…
All children automatically registered for a free school lunch.
If you wish to opt out of the scheme please collect a form the school office.
Inform us via school meals form if your child has an allergies or special dietary requirements.
Weekly menu to complete and send into school on a Monday morning.

8. End of School…
3:15pm – please be prompt! If you are going to be late please will you telephone the school office! If someone else is going to pick up your child please let us know!

9. before 9:10am Absences… Please telephone the school office

Asthma or Allergies…
Please inform the school office

We can only administer medicines in occur dance with dose and frequency prescribed by a doctor.

11. Monies…
Please send any money into school in a labelled envelope in the mornings only. (snacks, visits etc…)

13. Curriculum…
We hold a meeting in September to discuss in more detail the curriculum, explain the approach, and suggest ways you can help your child to support their learning at home.

14. Discipline…
You will receive a copy of our discipline policy in September. Parents and Friends Association… You have automatic membership to this and are more than welcome.

15. Parent Helpers…
We would value your help in school. Please collect a ‘DBS’ form from the school office.

Please return the completed forms ASAP.
