4. Review Alerts
Problem: Every store has reviews and want to make sure TL’s are notified when reviews are posted on online directories such as Facebook, Google, Yelp..etc.
Solution: We have added the ability for iAPPS admins to add a notification alert for reviews.

Reviews are posted on your website as well as Facebook, Google, and more.

6. Log into iAPPS
Go to and (always) log into the “Content Manager”

7. Go to the iAPPS Dashboard
Once on the Content Manager page, select the iAPPS “Dashboard” menu option in the upper left hand corner.

On the iAPPS Dashboard, labeled “Listings”. Click on the tab to access the Yext platform

Select a store location. Open Listings tab will appear. Select to launch Yext.

Click the Listings tab
Click on Reviews

11. Manage Notification Reviews in Yext
Select “Manage Review Notifications”

Select “Add a review notification”

13. Adding Notification Choose site. “Google, Facebook, or Yelp.”
Add Filter for each Site.
If you want notifications for the “Big Three” you will have three tabs, one for each.
