To navigate to iAPPS Social, from the TL Dashboard, click the tab “Store Social Accounts”

Select a store, and then click the “Open Social” button once it appears

Once you are in iAPPS Social, you can either Use pre-selected content for posts Create your own posts

7 iAPPS Social: Posting to Multiple Locations
If you own multiple locations, you can post the same content to ALL Facebook / Twitter pages or create your own Groups.

8 Facebook Managers can now be admins on Facebook
Upload pictures of happy clients Post updates / “no wait” messages You can post messages to ALL of your stores with iAPPS Social Most importantly, be ACTIVE with engaging content Facebook Ads

LIVE VIDEO is not a fad, it’s the future! (Facebook believes it will be primarily video-only in 5 years) Be creative (next slide) Live is the best way to interact with viewers in real time. Field their burning questions Hear what's on their mind Check out their Live Reactions to gauge how your broadcast is going.

11 Facebook: Video Ideas Idea #1 – Bottle flip challenge – have clients compete against their stylist for a chance to win a free Product (If stylist wins, she gets to draw 2 lollipops from the candy jar, 1 for the client and 1 for her) Idea #2 – Random FREE MVP Upgrade – tell every client that comes in that one lucky MVP client that day will find out if his MVP Upgrade will be free. Livestream the massage, hot towel, etc. Idea #3 – Client of the week interview – tell every client that between the hours of am this Wednesday, one client will be selected as the “MVP” of the week and win a free MVP upgrade

Become an admin of FB page Make sure FB “Pages” app is on phone Go to the location in your Pages app Click “Publish” The first “Live” post should introduce what exactly the “actual Live” video will be doing For instance, ”This is Crystal coming live to you from Sport Clips Haircuts of San Luis Obipso, keep an eye out tomorrow to watch as we kick-off our “Shampoo Bottle Flip Challenge” for a chance for our clients winning great prizes!

When it’s time to truly “Go Live”, type a message into the prompt Then click the “Video Camera” icon This will start your live streaming session – have fun, and try to keep the video to 5 minutes or less (unless it is super engaging and you see that people are joining the “viewing” party Don’t be scared – trial & error

Team Leaders must request admin access for managers/stylists Send to Be sure to provide: Store # Address associated with Facebook username of individual being added User Actual Name associated with account (”Chad Jordan”)
