A Peek At The Week
-In reading we are continuing to switch to our leveled reading groups.
-During math we will continue to work with true number sentences, such as 1+3=2+2. Students will also dive deeper into doubles, such as 1+1=2 and 2+2=4. We have practiced with a math game and will apply it this week!
-Writing time will be used on writing about special places. Students will start with a draft by telling stories orally before writing it. We will learn how to add sounds words.
-Our Core Knowledge time will continue with Early World Civilizations and discovering Mesopotamia. We will explore writing and gardens in ancient times.
