Secure Logistics Group Overview Opportunity to invest in a highly synergistic business poised to become a leading provider of logistics, tracking and security services Secure Logistics Group (Private) Limited, along with its wholly owned subsidiary, FIST Security (Private) Limited, provides a unique combination of logistics, tracking, and security services to large industrial companies, insurance firms and foreign missions etc. Originally a holding company, SLG underwent corporate restructuring effective September 19, 2017 that merged the Company’s logistics and tracking businesses into the parent to allow for improved branding, diversification of financial risk and exploitation of synergies amongst complementary businesses. Lines of Business Logistics Division (formerly SecurLog (Private) Limited) Tracking Division (formerly Secure Track (Private) Limited) SecurLog (“SL”) is geared to provide a full spectrum of logistic services, from supply chain management solutions, air and sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, in-land transportation and regional transit trade SL currently focuses upon short and long haul transportation, serving logistics clients in the bulk (solid cargo, such as coal, fertilizer, cement, rock phosphate etc.) and containerized (textile, electronics, and other industrial products) sub-segments SL has embarked upon a phased fleet induction plan, thus moving away from operating rented fleet to owned fleet and currently operates a fleet of 70 Prime Movers The Company has a network of three main and six regional offices in strategic locations to serve its clientele SecureTrack (“ST”) focuses on providing Advance Fleet Management, container and asset tracking, fuel management and cold chain management solutions to ensure security of vehicles and assets and increase efficiency ST provides its services to corporate and insurance sector organizations and allows them to optimize vehicle and driver schedules, improve turnaround times, reduce costs, improve in vehicle security and reduce theft on inventory ST currently has 13,000+ active trackers in service across Pakistan and employs the latest mapping system to ensure proper land marking and maintains a 24/7 control room of c. fifteen controllers and client service officers to monitor the individual trackers and clients’ fleets Make separate section + put Roshan’s ownership in overview section

Subsidiary: FIST Security (Private) Limited Major Clientele: Logistics Division FIST Security (Private) Limited (“FSL”) is a licensed provider of integrated security services that range from presence of physical guards through fixed security installations and convoy protection FSL serves various corporate entities, multi-national enterprises, and foreign diplomatic missions in Pakistan FSL currently maintains c. 4,000 security guards in various deployments along Pakistan and added 7 cash-in-transit vehicles in FY 2016 to break into a niche, high-margin segment of the security services market FSL is a major security provider at the following projects along the CPEC: Sahiwal Coal Power Project: 100+ guards deployed since start of 2014 Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park: 60+ guards deployed since start of project in 2015 Orange Line Train Project: 50+ guards deployed since early 2017 Thar Coal Block 2: Providing security consultancy and developing security plan, leading to deployment of 300+ guards starting October 2017 Major Clientele: Tracking Division Make separate section + put Roshan’s ownership in overview section Major Clientele: FIST Security

Expansion of Prime Mover Fleet & Major Routes
SLG’s logistics division has historically operated rented fleets of trucks to service its contracts with its clients but have shifted their strategy towards operating Company owned Prime Movers. The strategy offers various benefits to the Company: Higher margins for SLG by removing share of the middle-men (truck owners) Increased flexibility to dedicate part of the fleet to certain clients Reduce dependence on the volatile spot market for trucks Allows SLG to service the rapidly growing needs of its industrial clients and customize containers to add liquid transportation and vehicle carriers in the future Major Routes Karachi Quetta Sukkur Multan Lahore Islamabad Peshawar Hyderabad Faisalabad Northern Route Southern Route 90-99% of SLG’s cargo uses the Northern Route, which cuts through the industrial heartland of Pakistan, as the Company focuses on transporting industrial products Head Office Regional Office Sub-Regional Office Designated Fuel Station Marshalling area SL trucks refuel at strategic locations from Shaheen Freight Services’ designated refueling centers; the centers are also used as additional rest houses for drivers Forecasted Fleet Size and Sources of Financing Total Owned Prime Movers Haulage Capacity (kMTs) Lease financing with 50% equity SL rents a marshalling area for ~100 trucks in Karachi; the location is used for repair and maintenance of the SLL fleet Initial Public Offering Private equity placement Lease financing with 25% equity Although SLG is currently focused on dedicating its nascent fleet to meet the heavy demand from domestic industrial clients, it is uniquely positioned to leverage its existing network of offices and routes to provide its comprehensive logistical services to clients along the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Fleet of 70 trucks as of August, 2017
