Hello, I'm Sherri, and I'm a part of LUNA's Digital Rollout team. I am going to walk you through Atrium's LSP Ware App Tutorial. You can advance the slides as we go along to go at your own pace. Thanks for being a part of this exciting initiative!

2 LUNA’s Atrium App The Atrium App is available at the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone. The Atrium App works together with the Interpreter Portal (goLUNA360.com). The best way to understand the extension services of the app is to first be familiar with the desktop portal. There is a very helpful portal training video on our website, LUNA360.com.

4 Open Today and All Open Tabs
These first two tabs, Open Today and All Open, may be used by LUNA in the future but are currently not available. LUNA will announce any further developments regarding these tabs.

5 Assigned Today Tab The Assigned Today tab is a quick way to see all your assignments for today. When you tap on an assignment from the list, you will see the job detail. On the Job Detail screen, you can tap on the address and Google Maps will open navigation to the underlined address. You can scroll down the Job Detail screen to see additional job information. Adding Invoice Hours 1. Tap Add Tasks on the Job Detail screen 2. Tap the green plus sign 3. Choose task activity and units from the drop down 4. Change start and end times by tapping scheduled times 5. Tap the green plus sign to add additional tasks 6. Tap the red minus to remove tasks

7 3 Types of Tasks: Tell Us What You Did 1
3 Types of Tasks: Tell Us What You Did 1. ASL/Foreign/Spanish Identify the language and the start and end times of your interpreting. (ASL State jobs: choose if this is your first State job of the day or additional State job of the day.) 2. Mileage You will see this task if you have been approved to claim mileage. Enter your miles here. (ASL State must verify.) 3. Travel You will see this task if you have been approved to claim travel time. Enter your time here in hours. (ASL State must verify.)

8 Submitting An Invoice Notes
Enter your business invoice number for your records. Make any additional notes here for our billing analysts, like any problems , i.e., inability to obtain a signature, etc. SAVE your invoice: 1. Show time in and out to client 2. Tap Sign Off 3. Tap client name box to bring up keyboard 4. Client types in name 5. Client signs with stylus or finger (red “X” to redo) 6. Client taps green check mark when satisfied Time of signature will be recorded for this invoice. Your digital invoice will be submitted to LUNA.

9 To Sign In and Sign Out Some clients request Sign In as well as Sign Out. The procedure for this is similar to single Sign Out: 1. Tap Add Tasks on Job Detail Screen upon arrival 2. Tap the green plus to add your interpreting task (ASL, Spanish, Foreign, etc.) 3. Adjust Time Start if needed 4. Tap Sign Off 5. Tap client name field to bring up keyboard 6. Sign In representative types their name and Sign In time 7. Tap Back Arrow (top left)—NOT the check mark (because you are not done interpreting)—to return to Job Detail Screen Now the system has recorded your Time In. When your job is complete, record your Time End and Sign Off. The Sign Out representative types their name by the Sign In name, signs and hit the green check mark . All activity is time-stamped.

10 Confirming Your Invoice Has Been Submitted After your invoice has been successfully submitted:

11 Special Notes To sync your invoice to Atrium, you MUST go through the sign-off screen.
Please make sure client representative types in name along with signature. As a professional courtesy, please obtain signature when at all possible. Come into LUNA to receive a free LUNA stylus pen to add another professional touch to your digital experience! Some clients require paper signatures for their records. Simply have them sign their paper encounter form in addition to gathering their digital signature. If signature can not be obtained, put an additional note in the Notes field and call LUNA to notify our staff.

12 Additional Functions When you swipe from the far left of the screen to the right, you’ll draw out the main menu. You can also access the Main Menu from the top left popup menu button. My Signature is a place where you should keep a copy of your signature. This will be applied to any encounter form that the client or LUNA wants to print from your digital invoice. The My Payments section lists your checks and when they were paid. And, when you tap on the check, you will see a breakdown of your jobs associated with that check, along with job information.* *There may be reimbursements, training fees, etc., not reflected in totals.
