Making Future Requests This is done in a similar manner to the way you make immediate requests. You will see the same screen, but with future requests you will have the options of choosing a date, start time, and duration as opposed to solely a duration. After selecting the required information, you will click “Add” and confirm your request. The following slide features the confirmation process

Once you confirm the request by clicking ‘Yes’, your request will appear in the Programmed Service Requests portion of the screen. To cancel this service at any time, click on the request and click the ‘Delete’ button. You will be asked again to confirm the Cancellation. By selecting ‘Yes’, the request will be cancelled.

Lease Information In addition to making service requests, ACS also allows you the ability to look up non- billable lease hours, billable holidays, and hourly rates for service. This information is accessible by clicking the ‘Lease Info’ option at the top of the screen.

Tenant Manager Privileges Every company or floor has been assigned user information for a Tenant Manager. The Tenant Manager has certain privileges that other users do not have. The two most important are the ability to make standing requests and the access to the administrative duties for the ACS system.

Standing Requests The ability to make standing requests is available to those with the Tenant Manager login information. To your left you will see the screen for making standing requests.

Making Standing Requests To add a standing request, click on the ‘Start time’ for the day(s) of the week which will have after-hours service. An editing screen will appear. On this new screen go to ‘Start Time’, click on the arrow for hours and fill in the appropriate amount of hours that the service is needed. Then do the same for minutes. Choose AM or PM. At ‘Duration’ click to request the appropriate number of hours and minutes. Adjust the ‘Last Day of Request’ to reflect the date in which the standing request can end. Once all information is correct, click ‘Ok’ This should be done for every day that after-hours service is requested When the screen is set correctly for each day, click on ‘Submit Schedule’. A confirmation box will appear asking you to apply changes. Click ‘Yes’ if you want to accept the new schedule. (In the Confirmation box you can disable service on lease holidays by checking the appropriate box or remove all standing requests with the ‘Clear Schedule’ option.)
