Reagan is our STAR of the Week!! This Thursday and Friday we are performing our Jack and the Beanstalk Play to the school and parents!!! Please have your child practice the songs/parts using and not using the play packet every day so we are ready for the performance. Thank you! We are sending home a Leprechaun writing assignment and a Leprechaun trap project this week. The trap project is optional; although the writing is not… please let us know if you have any questions. Nightly Homework
Read every night for minutes. Fill out Reading Log and return Friday.
Practice for Spelling Test week 21. Use February’s Speller’s Choice Menu and Spellingcity.com/losprimeros/.
Study for Vocabulary Test week 21. Use Sight Word Activity Sheet , Fry Words App, or SpellingCity.com/losprimeros.
Muscle Math: study week 21 (Subtraction- Tens). XtraMath.org – use website 2x this week.
Continue having your child practice their school Google password to keep it in their memory.
We are reciting February poems this week. Your child can still recite the October, November, December, and January poem(s) if they have not been completed yet.
This Week’s Homework:
Math: Lesson 4 and 5 (Use centimeter grid paper to cut-out and measure)
Spelling: Write words three times each on lined paper provided (keep at home).
Practice Jack and the Beanstalk songs and lines(if applicable)
Start “How to Catch a Leprechaun” writing assignment ~ due Friday, March 10th
Start Leprechaun Trap project (this is optional) ~ due Friday, March 10th
Use Storyline online or HMH app to listen to a book and read book bag.
Vocabulary and Mountain Math Tests will be on Friday.
Return Homework Packet and Reading log Friday!
Friday-Sunday: Read 20 minutes nightly.
