Educate in classroom setting upper class more on their parameters to avoid 4th class violations Stress need for increased Policing of fellow cadets Stringent on special leave and orders to cut down on absences of cadets from SMIs Educate cadets more on how to properly conduct accountability Require squad leaders to provide documentation about accountability formations each day

Keep promoting Unit Cohesion in the Company Educate cadets more about the importance of taking the hard right over the easy wrong Educate more and give refresher courses to cadets about the Honor Code. Further increase sense of company pride and unity.

Set a PT Goal for Victor Company to strive to reach Push physically deficient cadets to be more active in intramurals Help deficient cadets develop a PT plan outside of remedial Assign physically deficient cadets PT mentors to help them succeed

Victor Company has made significant strides forward this year in all areas Academics have increased overall 5 cadets selected for Battalion Staff for next year Regimental Clerk selected from Victor Company for next year 1SGT selected from Victor to help with leading Hotel company 7 cadets made the Summerall Guards from Victor (Most in the corps) There hasn’t been anyone kicked out of school for hazing from Victor Company this Year
