5  How we are going to maintain:  Same Major cadets live with one another  Positive ESP environment conducive for Academic success (Academic Division Inspector).  Early ID of “academic at risk cadets”, tutor assignment  Instilled Afternoon Study Period for deficient cadets  Mandatory academic workshops.  How we are going to fix:  Designate times to meet with several cadets a week to check up on academics. 5

8  How are we going to maintain:  Drill Master and 1SG maintain Co. discipline at parade practice  Positive attitude  Be proactive in preventing Class 1 Violations – Looking out for one another.  Make cadets(upperclass) do push-ups for continuously being called on during parade practice  How are we going to fix:  Have a second team of Sgts and Cpls to change out for second semester. 8

9  Trained  Metanoia & Sweetgrass Gardens Community Service Learning projects  Strengths – Over 1,000hrs  Helped the community and set a good vibe  Brought all classes together to achieve a common goal.  Sustainability, found replacement leaders and provided optimum training for next year.  Push to have everyone participate that did not have any academic or military obligations.  Weaknesses  Participation due to other obligations.  Not documenting all hours. 9

11  How we are going to maintain:  Continuously promote the program  Ensure there is always a CIC of it  Keep a schedule of who will be in charge of the operation if the CIC has other obligations  How we are going to fix:  Make schedule more conducive to cadets to promote particpation. 11
