Practice O 1st official day is January 20th. O All athletes must come to practice every day. O If you can't make practice, you must see a coach prior to practice. O DO NOT relay the message through a friend. O Practice begins at 2:45 and ends no later than 5:00. O DO NOT BE LATE!!! Excessive tardiness will result in suspension and/or dismissal from the team.
