3. PRACTICE TIMES 3:30-5:15 Monday-Friday Practice begins Mon. Feb. 13 Rain does not cancel practice. Thunder, lightning, and ice will. Check with Coach Lopez or the school before assuming practice is cancelled.

4. Fees Fees are $175 per athlete for Varsity, $125 for 7-8 graders. $50 discount for XC members. Discounts given for siblings involved-talk to Coach Lopez privately. Fees pay for uniform, team shirt, and all shared team expenses like travel and meet fees. It does not include shoes or sweats.

5. Extra Cloth Orders for extra cloth will be placed tonight through Hartselle Sporting Goods and will be delivered before the first meet. Extra Cloth includes; sweats, bags, t-shirts, etc,

6. Shoes You are welcome to purchase any type spikes you prefer. When purchasing training shoes, I suggest going to a running specialty store. 7. Schedule Meets will begin in March and last until the end of April/first weekend of May We may have a meet on the Fri prior to the beginning of SB. Most Varsity meets will be on Fri and/or Sat Junior High (some athletes in Grades 7-9) meets will be on Tue evening

11. Outside lessons/training Outside lessons and training during the season are not recommended and are strongly discouraged. If the athlete is giving their best effort at practice, outside training should not be necessary. This situation should be discussed in detail with the coaching staff.

12. Parental Support Snacks at meet Please do your best to pick up athletes promptly after practices and meets. Please communicate with me about absences, leaving early from practice, riding home with you after meets, etc.
