European Researchers’ nights Information Day REA A4-Colette RENIER Research Executive Agency FAQs (6) How will you get paid?  At the signature of the Grant Agreement: 2 events projects: 50 % of the overall EU contribution – 5 % overall contribution (Guarantee fund) 1 event projects: 80 % of the EU contribution _ 5 % contribution (Guarantee fund)  At the approval of the interim report (2 events projects) Reimbursement of the eligible costs incurred during reporting period 1 Within limits of pre-financing + interim payment < 90 % of the overall EU contribution  At the approval of final reports (both 1 and 2 events projects) Reimbursement of the eligible costs incurred during period 2 (2 events projects)/ project duration (1 event projects) within the limits of the EU contribution as stipulated in the G.A.
