5 5 Partnership  You are free to add further partners at full proposal stage  If you delete partners, state the reasons why  Give the names of organisations in English, too

6 6 The ‘Declaration’ claims - that all your partners confirmed in writing their agreement with the application as submitted - these agreements should not be attached to your application - nevertheless, the European Commission may request them at any time during or after the selection process.

7 7 Budget annex – Section 2 Original / Proposed budget -y ou are not tied by the budget indicated in the pre-proposal -clearly substantiated -consistent with the work plan (Section 3) -no calculation error -covers the whole project duration -indicated in euros -abide by the rules on Eligibility of costs (Annex 2 of the application form) - financial contributions identified, described and guaranteed in real terms (‘Overwiew of income’) Approved budget - in the light of the project aims - in accordance with the rules on eligibility evaluation - included in the Grant Agreement

8 8 Action description – Section 3 The brief description of the project is essential in the assessment process.  What is your project going to achieve?  Target group(s)  Methods used, activities proposed  Concrete measures for monitoring and evaluating the project  What are you going to do with the outputs/results of the project?  Work plan (see the fictituous example on page 22 of the application form)

9 9 Financial Identification form  In case your project is selected, this information will be part of the contract  In case of changes, please inform TAO

10 10 Is your organisation not a public body?  Cf. Art.176 of the Financial Regulation: the Commission is required to check the financial capacity of beneficiaries other than public bodies* : profit&loss accounts + balance sheet of the last financial year.  In case you are awarded a grant of 300.000 euros or more: external audit report * ”Public body”(art.43) means that the organisation is either financially guaranteed by the state(i.e.public authorities will cover any financial obligations the organisations might have if the organisation runs into difficulties), or the organisation is legally incapable of bankruptcy or its income is fixed by law.
