UNIEP as Coordinator Monitoring the implementation of the activities following the Grant Agreement - tracking system (risks) Intermediary for all communications between beneficiaries and the Commission (changes in names, addresses, legal/financial situation ..) Redact a Consortium agreement - Check the respect of Administrative/Financial rules (Reports and Payments) Provide Tools/Templates for the partners - Budget plan – Instructions for reporting Logo Transnational Project meetings (3 meetings) and Final Conference

Partners Jointly liable for carrying out the activities following the Agreement Inform the coordinator of any events that could affect the implementation or any change in its legal, financial situation Submit to the coordinator: - data needed to draw up the Reports - data needed to draw up Financial statements - interim report by 31st October 2018 (from the beginning) - final report by 30th September 2019 (end of the project) Display the European emblem and the indication that the action has received funding on every communication, publication, promotional material

Grant and Payments Maximum amount of the project’s grant is EUR First pre-financing payment: 40% of the maximum grant After signing the agreement Second pre-financing payment: 20% of the maximum grant By 30th November 2018 Last pre-financing payment: 20% of the maximum grant Linked to the final report, end of 2019

Budget and Financial Provisions (brochure page 14) Eligible costs are costs actually incurred by the beneficiary: Within the implementation period, Indicated in the estimated budget, In connection with the action Eligible direct costs are : Cost of personnel assigned to the action (employment contract or similar); Costs of travel and related subsistence allowances; Eligible indirect costs are : Not specific costs directly linked to the implementation of the action (up to 7% of eligible costs-
