9. COSTS OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS The cost are lump sums: Per participant to 575 euros The total amount is dependent on the number of participants who attended the meetings. If fewer participants are sent to the meeting, the organization gets less money. If necessary, the cost of international project meetings can be increased up to 20%. COSTS OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS These are all costs that relate to International Project Meeting: All partners pay costs of their sent participants for: Accommodation and food traveling expenses Important! For the organization of the meeting where it is not organised in the city where the host organisation has its headquarter - approval for the National Agency in Warsaw is needed. It is admitted that the host organization issues an invoice for local expenses (rent of room for meeting or of bus, material costs, sightseeing costs) each partner organization (if the issue of an invoice by the host organization is possible). Then the cost of the partners in the position of International Meetings can be settled. In other case such costs the host organization in the position management may account.
