How to download webex recorder and record transactions

Click on Download for webex recorder zip

Select the open with option and select the Then, click on this drop- down list.

First, select the Other option. Then, select the ATAUTHOR option and click OK.

Then, click OK to proceed.

The webex recorder is open. Let us now see how to record transactions using webex recorder.

Click on the File option.

Select the New option.

The system will ask you to save the file. Give a name to the transaction you are recording and click Save.

Then, click on this icon.

` Select the application you want, for example to record CMS you can select Mozilla and click Select.

The recorder panel will appear. Ensure record audio bar is maximum, currently it is 50%. The red button is to record, and next button is for pause. Only after your recording is complete, you should use the stop button which is the black button. You can pause while recording but stop will end the video.

You can also hide the recorder panel by going to Settings, then Webex Recorder Settings.

Select the check box for Hide the recorder…. While the recorder is hidden, you can use the above functions to pause, resume and to stop the recording.
