Falls into our Job Description: State and Local Technical Assistance and Liaison  Establish liaison at the local and regional level with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and other organizations within the fire protection community.  Encourage the development of and participation in coalitions which directly or indirectly benefit the fire sprinkler industry.  Identify the potential for retrofit, residential, inspections, testing and maintenance and other NFSA market creation programs and provide appropriate technical assistance.  Identify issues affecting the fire sprinkler industry and participate in task force and study groups as needed.
