Online Booking Instructions

Access the login screen via the link provided or our website

Select Corporate account and enter you 8 digit account number.

Only authorised user will be available from the drop down menu, select your user and enter password

Your booking screen will now be activated. Please note your current position will be displayed on the map.

Select single or return journey Select the date of journey Select the pick up time using the 24 hour clock drop down menu Enter the pick up address or postcode Enter destination address or postcode Use the Via tab to add any additional pick ups or drop offs. Enter passenger name, please note this is the name that will be displayed on any name board required unless otherwise directed. Enter a contact number, preferably a mobile number, this will be the number the passenger will receive the SMS. Please use this box for instructions for the driver. These should include passenger numbers, quantity of any luggage, brief directions for rural addresses and any special requirements. Payment type can be selected here. For Corporate accounts the payment method is either by passenger or on account. Please select vehicle type required. If there are more than 3 passengers with luggage please select an Estate car, 5-8 passengers will require a Regular 8 Seater. Please do not request Regular 7 seater for airport runs for passenger numbers greater than 4 if they have luggage. The additional seating makes the luggage compartment limited.

Alternatively to entering the address or postcode you can drag and drop the green icon over your pick up or drop off destinations. When you drop the icon a white box will appear listing all the addresses on the Post Office database in that area. Click on the desired address and the pick up or drop off field will then be populated with the selected address.

When you are ready to book the journey press ‘Next’ and you will be presented with the Review & payment Screen. Please review the booking details and press the edit icon to return to the booking screen. Details of payment method and fare cost will be displayed here. Metered jobs will be displayed as an estimate. Otherwise the price will be fixed. Please click confirm to submit the booking

The final details of your booking will now be displayed, if your booking is A.S.A.P you can track your vehicle. Additional information about the driver and vehicle will be displayed.

To review, edit or cancel your bookings please select my bookings from the top menu. All your booked jobs will displayed on the My Bookings screen. You will be able to track your vehicle from the view option.
