Use this to design your iPDF with links to your project specific content. Plan your PDF: Consider if you... ─Want to add any branded images for your organization – gather and organize these into a folder ─Need to link to media – collect these files and plan for hosting new files or linking to existing files ─Have content that requires frequent updates – plan to host your linked content as separate assets – then update them individually as needed to give the pdf more shelf life (add in your organization’s specific hosting guidance here or link to it) ─Want to link to new or existing resources – collect links to existing resources and plan for hosting your own content Linking to content within a pdf: Follow the steps provided in this template to link back and forth within your iPDF. Use the SlideMasterLayoutsQRC.pdf if you are making new navigation links from Master Slides. Linking to content from a pdf: Refer to (add in your organization’s specific guidance) to host new linked content to a server. For existing resources – collect the links and follow the steps within the template For links to video or media –host your content on (add in the location or your organization’s specific media or video hosting guidance) Design tips and linking reminders: Appear in yellow text boxes on pages within this template Use these as guides to help you create your PDF - then delete them!
