2. Click “Start” button to open the start menu, then click on “All Programs”

3. Navigate to “Microsoft Office”, then click to open “Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007”

4. You’ll see a blank slide

5. Click on the down arrow next to “New Slide” to choose a slide layout

6. If you click on “Title and Content” layout

7. A new slide appears

8. Click to add title

9. Type your title

10. If you want to add a picture, click this picture icon

11. A windows explore box appears.

12. Navigate to where your picture is saved, click it, and then click “Insert”.

13. The selected picture appears on the slide

14. Click here to select textbox control

15. Click, drag, and drop to draw a textbox

16. Type your name in the box

17. Add a new slide

18. A new slide appears. The previous slides appears on the side panel

19. Click and type to add a title and content for the new slide

20. You can add a picture from under the “Insert” tab too

21. Arrange your text and pictures on the new slide
