5 How to access Templafy in Office
1 2 On your right, the Templafy task pane opens up with access to templates, slides, pictures etc. Access Templafy from the “Templafy” tab in the Word or PowerPoint ribbon and click the first button, “Corporate Templates”.

6 Introduction to the Templafy task pane
The Templafy task pane is where all your company content can be accessed from. The content is divided into libraries, all represented with an icon. These libraries depend on your solution, but could be templates, slides, and images. The library selection differs among Office applications, as you only see the ones you need. In Word, the text library is available.

7 Opening your first template (create user profile)
NB. The process is the same in Word 1 2 3 Go to the presentation library and select a file. If this is your first template download, you need to complete your user profile If this is your first template download, you need to complete your user profile. Tip: Click the name of the file to see more info, and click the blue plus to open it right away.

8 Opening your first template (cont‘d)
Now you‘re ready to work on the presentation, and add content to it from e.g. the slide or image libraries. After having created your user profile, click the blue plus to open the presentation in PowerPoint.

9 Searching In all libraries in the task pane it’s possible to search for content. The search looks for matching file names and tags. In this example, the search result matches a tag added to the images. Tip: Click the tab key or the search button with the cursor to activate the search

11 How to insert a slide from the slide library into a presentation
Now the slide is inserted. Tip: You can change the size of the preview by clicking the view toggle in the task pane just above the slide previews. On the left, select the slide that should precede the slide you want to insert Navigate to the slide library tab in the task pane Navigate to the slide you want to insert (not show) Move the mouse cursor over the slide you want to insert and click the plus

12 How to insert an image on a slide in PowerPoint
The image is then inserted into the shape in crop mode. The crop mode let’s you make quick edits to the image, so it’s aligned as you want it to be. Click outside the picture frame to exit the crop mode and see the end result Navigate to the image library Select a placeholder on the slide you with the image to be inserted into Select the image from the task pane’s image library by clicking the blue plus Tip: Here’s a link to a video showing above process:

13 How to insert an element on a slide in PowerPoint
The element is inserted on the slide. You can now move it to the position you want it to. Navigate to the element library and to an element you want to insert Insert the element by clicking the blue plus.

15 How to open a Word document
Open Word, navigate to the Templafy ribbon tab and click on “Corporate Templates” The Templafy task pane shows up on the right, and a list of files and/or folders show up. Navigate to and click on the document you wish to open. Fill in the details as needed and click the blue plus button to open the document. The document is opened and your personal information from your user profile is added. Tip: Here’s a link to a video showing above process:

16 How to insert an image into a document in Word
Navigate to the image library. Select the image from the task pane’s image library by clicking the blue plus. The image is inserted into the shape in crop mode. The crop mode let’s you make quick edits to the image, as shown. Click outside the picture frame to exit the crop mode and see the end result. Tip: Here’s a link to a video showing above process:

17 How to insert a text into a document in Word
Navigate to the text library. Select a text by clicking on it. The text is inserted at the location of the cursor in the text. The text is then inserted into the document at the location of the cursor. Tip: Here’s a link to a video showing above process:

18 How to access the Templafy webapp (browser)
To access Templafy from outside of Office, go to in a browser. You will have access to the same content as from within Office, and even be able to build presentations from the browser. Assets are available from the libraries at the bottom of the front page. Templates Libraries

20 How to insert a text into an email in Outlook
Open a new in pop-out view by clicking the “New ” button in the Home ribbon tab (or press Ctrl+N). The Templafy task pane can be accessed from the ribbon Tab. Select the text library. Navigate to a text and insert the text by clicking on it. The text is inserted at the location of the cursor in the . Tip: You can insert images similar to in Word and PowerPoint into s. Click the image library and follow the same process. If you reply to an , you need to reply in “pop out” mode to bring up the Templafy window:

21 Outlook signature Open up Word and navigate to the Outlook signature file, then open it. It will open up Word, and prompt when the signature has been created. You’ll see it in Outlook when you create a new and click the Signature menu button in the pop-out view.

Open the task pane and navigate to the spreadsheet you wish to open. Click the blue plus to do so.
