DP 1 : Hostility Between Kuhistan and Sonora has Ceased Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement Cease Fire Agreement adhered to by both KUH & SON Political resolve of KUH & SON to comply to UN SCR 1569 Establishment of trust & confidence building measures between KUH & SON over cease fire agreement - possibility of setting up a Joint Commission (Civilian & Military) Presence of CTF to separate KUH & SON forces CTF to deter further aggression (including missile attacks) between KUH & SON forces Security of key installations/ critical infrastructures against sabotage Key installations/ critical infrastructures secured CTF has ability to respond effectively & decisively against further acts of aggression by KUH, SON forces & terrorists

DP 2 : CTF Facilitates Humanitarian Assistance (HA) Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement A secured and stable environment that facilitate HA efforts Assessment & mitigation of HA needs CTF able to render emergency aids to mitigate immediate humanitarian disaster crisis Critical infrastructures (means) for relief agencies (UN/IOs/NGOs) to facilitate HA efforts Return of relief agencies (UN/IOs/NGOs) and the ability to access humanitarian relief areas Security of areas that require HA Secured areas for humanitarian relief efforts Co-ord HA efforts with KUH’s local authority & national relief agencies Successful facilitation of UN & KUH’s local authority & national agencies to take lead in HA, rehabilitation & refugee repatriation efforts

DP 3 : Hostile Groups’ freedom of action & sanctuary are denied Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement Hostile group attacks have ceased/ significantly diminished Pre-empt hostile groups’ movement, sanctuary and activities in KUH Hostile groups’ movement interdicted, activities exposed and sanctuary denied CTF’s ability to response effectively and decisively to terrorist activities Local populace & refugees cease support for hostile groups - security for local populace Winning the hearts & minds of local populace and refugees by CTF & IHC Effective IO efforts by CTF, KUH & SON complemented by HA efforts Building host nation anti-terrorism capabilities Accurate & timely intelligence on hostile groups’ activities

DP 4 : External supports for hostile groups’ activities are denied Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement Denial of external & non- state actors’ ability to support & fuel hostile groups’ activities Access to material, funding, training & sanctuary by hostile groups in KUH Hostile groups’ routes, supplies and financing sources interdicted External hostile groups’ movement into KUH International communities’ condemnation of hostile groups’ acts & the application of pressures on states that sponsor or fuel hostile group activities International communities’ support against violence by hostile groups

DP 5 : Kuhistan’s Peaceful Nuclear & Chemical Programs are Verified Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement Kuhistan has peaceful nuclear and chemical programs Certification by independent inspection agency that Kuhistan has peaceful nuclear and chemical programs Commitment by Kuhistan government to pursue only peaceful nuclear and chemical programs Transparency in KUH’s nuclear & chemical programs Establishment of trust & confidence building measures between KUH & SON over KUH’s nuclear & chemical programs Nuclear & chemical consequence management mechanisms within PACIFICA Access to all Kuhistan nuclear and chemical facilities by inspection body Facilitation of inspections on KUH’s nuclear and chemical facilities

DP 6 : Territorial Integrity Is Restored Ending Conditions Key Components Critical to successful DP achievement KUH & SON military forces are separated in accordance to the recognised international borders Verified & established the recognised international borders (Land, Martine & Airspace) of KUH & SON Political will of KUH & SON to the cessation of military aggressions against each other KUH ceases hostile acts (incl. missile attacks) on SON forces & facilities SON forces withdrawn to recognised international border Safe passage for the withdrawal of SON forces from KUH territories Establishment of border security/patrol mechanism by CTF - Possibility of setting up buffer- zone (Air, Land, Sea) SON forces to withdraw from KUH territory
