Travel Teams Policy - Tryouts Mandatory for all players Date change -2 nd week of June 2016 All new and players must make original tryout date Exemptions will be considered for existing competitive players only. (Must submit written letter to the Board by June 1)

Travel Teams Policy – Player Fees $450 for 2016 Season $150 due July 31, 2015 to accept your position Payment Options 1.Pay in full on July 31st 2.Pay $150 on July 31 st. Then 4 monthly payments of $75 9/15 10/15 11/15 12/15

Travel Teams Policy – Player Fees Figures per team (based on an 11 vs 11 team of 14 players): Emerald Cup - $675 KC Champions Cup - $675 AC Porto Via Premier Cup - $675 SLYSA - $1,885 Coaching Compensation - $1,500 Carding fee - $210 ($15 per player) Administrative fee - (Travel permits; QUSC administration compensation; lawn care JWCC; local program sponsorship; tryout field rental etc.) Total – Price per player:

Travel Teams Policy – Player Fees If not paid in full by December 31, 2015, the player will lose his/her spot on the roster. Hardship cases should submit written confidential letter to the Board requesting special terms. Uniform, fall tournaments, fall league, and indoor training sessions are NOT included in the player fee.

Travel Teams Policy – Player Carding QUSC players will be primarily carded with our club. Guest playing and/or carding with other teams is subject to the coach, Director of Coaching, QUSC Board, IYSA, and MYSA approval. (Cannot interfere with QUSC activities)

Travel Teams Policy - Refunds Player deposits are non-refundable. If a player leaves prior to the start of the season, balances paid less the player deposit fee will be refunded. Once the season starts, NO refunds! Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by the Board on a case by case basis. Tournament or League cancellations do NOT allow the Club to issue refunds to the player – Player fees do not cover the complete cost of playing – Tournament cancellations result in minimal refunds to the club Forfeits are NOT permitted! – If a team must forfeit a game, the penalty will be paid by the team families.

Travel Teams Policy - Conduct Positive Connection! Open communication in every direction Coaches will coach the players – Parents should refrain from coaching from the sideline! Show respect to officials and other players/families Physical / verbal abuse will NOT be tolerated. Zero tolerance on hazing Adhere to the rules / guidelines specified here and /or by your coach / administrator. Observance of State and Federal laws are required Failure to comply with any and all QUSC policies will result in at a minimum of a developmental plan from the board. – Other discipline can include: game(s) suspension and/or dismissal from the Club. This includes players, coaches, and family members

Travel Teams Policy - Hotels Please stay in QUSC hotels (Stay to Play) Respect all hotel policies WITHOUT question! Be positive and respectful of others. Respect your coaches curfew and restrictions Remember we represent the Club, the city of Quincy, and the game of soccer!
