Once the opposing team is behind the build out line, the goalkeeper can pass or throw/roll the ball to a teammate (NO PUNTING) After the ball is put into play by the goalkeeper, the opposing team can cross the build out line and play resumes as normal

US Youth Soccer State Associations, including Utah, are proceeding with implementation in 2016. Immediately following the Spring 2016 season, and before UYSA’s official try-out start date, UYSA affiliated clubs and leagues will need to transition to the small-sided games format and to the Calendar Birth Year in preparation for the Fall 2016 soccer season.
