At the end of each year the teams within the same grade will be evaluated to see if a significant disparity exists. If so, the Executive Board will determine if the teams will be rebalanced at its sole discretion. –Teams are formed at the Grade Level (not age) –Playing out of Grade If there is no available roster spot on the player’s grade appropriate team, the player may be offered the opportunity to play out of grade by the Executive Board, at its sole discretion Age eligible players who are cut from their grade, may only play down a grade if roster spots are available Program Overview

10 Rye Brook Youth Soccer Club10 Cuts / Team Formation and Creation –Non Rye Brook Players: Non Rye Brook players will have no standing over Rye Brook players in regard to roster spots, unless they have participated in the program for a minimum of the full previous year (Fall / Spring). –Non Committed Players: A player who leaves their team after the formation of that team will not be allowed to participate on any RBYS team for a minimum of one season, except if that player circumstance falls within the RBYS Refund Policy (available on the website). 13 Rye Brook Youth Soccer Club13 All Grades –Club maintains the right to rebalance the teams if the Executive Board deems necessary –Club maintains the right to create a new team – based on several factors including but not limited to: New players register to play, which allow us to meet the minimum requirements for a new team. In addition, the minimum requirements for the existing teams must be maintained –In the case that a team loses players to bring it below the minimum roster requirement, ALL teams at the given grade bracket may be subject to either a rating and reshuffling or a tryout and cuts.
