Hey everyone! We’ve made it past the first quarter for the school year! I’m sure that everyone has been busy with sports, activities, and homework, getting into the routine of things. But as the crisp air of November approaches, let’s not forget about Key Club! With ever-expanding volunteer opportunities, make a difference with your friends and peers.

Volunteer Events Teacher Help- every Monday at 2:45. Summary: Helping teachers with small tasks, such as making copies. Latch Key- Mondays through Fridays from 4-6 pm. Summary: Helping out with Stadium Elementary’s after-school care program. Play games and engage in activities with the young students. Stadium Elementary- 2:50-3:55 every Monday. Summary: Mrs. Price, a second-grade teacher at Stadium Elementary, needs 2 volunteers each week to help out in her classroom. Blessings in a Backpack- every Wednesday after school. Summary: Creating little parcels of food items to benefit other people. Create and Donate- every Thursday after meetings. Summary: Working on different projects to send to and help needy people, like dresses for Africa and making blankets. Come out and join us for social events! Previously we went to Yates Cider Mill at Canterbury Village; these gatherings are simply for bonding and chilling. Suggestions for club get- togethers are also welcomed!

Review of Events Shoutout to everyone who volunteered and helped this month at events such as the Haunted House, teacher help, Trick or Treating for UNICEF, Blessings in a Backpack, and Arts and Crafts. Also, thanks to people who attended Fall Rally; how was the experience? Here are some pictures: Committees If you are interested in joining the design committee, stick around after the weekly member meetings on Thursdays! Setting up the Haunted House! Important Announcement: For those of you that don’t know, we will no longer be volunteering at Heritage Place due to lack of available volunteers from our club. In the future, we hope to be able to help Heritage Place again. However, in order to do so, it is very important that everyone commits to the event when they write their name down on the weekly sign up sheet. If you are ever unable to attend an event that you signed up for, please contact an officer or
