Family Game Night Fundraiser Friday, February 19 th 6-8 pm (fundraiser) 5:30-8:30 (volunteering) Need help with overseeing games, concessions, cake walk, bingo caller, trivia host, set up and clean up crew, drink and chip donations, game board donations, baked goods, and ticket selling. 1 pt per donation (chip PACK, 12 pack, board game, dozen baked goods) If you are bringing a board game, please label the game with your name on it, and bring to Weir!! 8. Shadow Forest Sharkfest Saturday, April 16 th 3:30- 7:30 pm Need help with set up, games, and activities. Sign up genius will come closer to date!

9. Officer Elections Tuesday, February 16 th If you are interested in running for officer, please pick up an application! You are not required to have a speech ready. The officers will ask you 5 questions when you are running.

10. President Responsible for setting and monitoring the goals of the club; running meetings and creating the powerpoint for meetings; maintaining regular communication with the lieutenant governor, kiwanis club, and advisor; and being the mediator between club advisor and members.

11. Vice President Responsible for filling in when the president is unavailable, and being of help to all officers and members.

12. Secretary Responsible for taking notes at the meetings, sending in a monthly report, maintaining important files, and having knowledge of meeting attendance and service event dates.

13. Treasurer Responsible for collection of dues and donation money, and maintaining a close relationship with the advisor.

14. Service VP Responsible for collection and inputting of service points, and providing new ideas for service events.

15. Social VP Responsible for coordinating socials, creating icebreakers for the meetings, and making sure all members feel included.

16. Editor Responsible for sending in articles to the district editor and keeping track of all the service events.

17. Publicist Responsible for updating the display case, creating posters for events, updating the twitter account, and advertising all events.

18. Historian Responsible for taking pictures at the service events, keeping track of the events, and creating the end of the year scrapbook.

19. DCON Dates are April 21-24 Cost is $300 and money is due Feb 19 You must see Mrs. Weir by February 5 th if you plan to attend.

20. Points You are required to do 12 points this semester! If you did not complete your 12 points from last semester, then you will be expected to do 5 extra points! Please turn in points to Joceline as you go! DO NOT wait until the last minute to give her all of your points!
