6 WP7 Presentation Assessment of Project Objectives Project objectives –Objective #4 contributes to #2 Shifting of objectives –WP 1 #3 “Define service elements … to enable mutual recognition by HE …” should be done by WP5. –WP 2 #6 “Ensure understanding of benefits …” should be done by WP5, too.

7 WP7 Presentation Assessment of Project Objectives Breakdown of objectives and definition of corresponding measures –will be done for user trials only; –because WP1, WP3 and WP4 contribute to the achievement of objectives of WP2.

8 WP7 Presentation Monitoring Procedure Deliverable quality assessment –3 stages –1st: Internal quality assessment by those who wrote the deliverable –2nd: External quality assessment by means of “peer review” (might be WP7 or other project partners) –3nd: External quality assessment by EU

9 WP7 Presentation Monitoring Procedure Deliverable quality assessment: Implementation –WP7 allocates resources for review. –WP makes deliverable available to WP7 at least a week before due date.

10 WP7 Presentation Decisions Agree on the outlined deliverable monitoring procedure. Agree on measures for project objectives among all partners.
