Objective: To obtain an administrative position in which my instructional expertise, motivation, and management skills will build high performing teams and enlist others in the vision of Carroll County Public Schools. To ensure the success of all children through instructional leadership.

Vision Statement It is my belief that, through education, a child will always have the security of being able to deal with whatever life may throw at them. Children are faced with daily obstacles that we can’t even begin to imagine. However, education is a safe haven where a child can learn and always feel some sense of accomplishment that no one can ever take away. I believe the importance of education is showing children how to cherish learning by applying it to their greatest dreams.

My hope is to inspire children and teachers to never settle for what they believe is their level of success, but to find the passion to reach for what seems to be impossible. Passion in education means the ability to accept that we will never have the answers to everything, while at the same time, making a commitment to never stop searching for answers that lead us to a feeling of accomplishment.
