9. What is my vision? It is my vision to be a school leader who works with the staff, students, and parents of my school community to create a culture in which: the love of learning is the primary focus, all people feel safe and welcome, all members are treated with respect and equity, all forms of diversity are valued and promoted, and each student is prepared for success and to be a thoughtful, productive member of our global society.

10. How will this vision be fulfilled? My goals are to:  create and maintain a culture of trust, collaboration, and high expectations among all members of the school community.  treat all members of the school community equally regardless of race, class, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, age, gender, or religious affiliation.  provide the necessary resources and staff development to support teachers in creating engaging lessons that motivate students to learn.
