1.ABSTRACT: The face of war is changing, and it may no longer be a human one. Developing new technology has always been a cornerstone of a successful military force, but now those technologies are steadily moving human soldiers from combat to management positions. Virtually every major military power is working on robotic weapons. In short, we’re outsourcing more and more of war into the hands of robots and computers. Even the conventional foot soldier has robotic and biological augmentation in his/her future. Today, Singularity Hub is taking a wide-angle look at these changes and how they will change the nature of war and our world.

2.OBJECTIVE: To make this device simple as well as cheap so that it could be mass produced and can be used for a number of purposes. To minimize human casualties in terrorist attack such as 26/11.

3.BLOCK DIAGRAM: TRANSMITTER:

RECEIVER:

4.METHODOLOGY: This project is developed for the War Field to minimize human casualties in terrorist attack. The main modules in this project are Key inputs, ARM controller unit and LCD display, XBee and Robot. The transmitter will be there with military force and the receiver will be there in the Robot. The transmitter module has Key inputs, ARM controller and XBee as a communication media. The receiver has XBee, ARM controller and Robot. If a Operator Presses a Switch to make the Robot to move, that information will be given to ARM controller, then the ARM controller analyses the signal and sends information to receiver which is present in the Robot via XBee.

At the receiver the XBee receives a signal which was transmitted from transmitter and sends that to the ARM controller. After receiving the signal the ARM controller will activate the Robot to move in a proper direction based on key pressed like the Robot will move Front, Back, Forward and Backward.

5.ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES: Performs different tasks faster Makes an activity safer and easier Time saving Safety and life Saving Production DISADVANTAGES : Requires Expertise Its not self-sufficient A robot is a big investment

6.APPLICATIONS: Military reconnaissance mission Wireless security and surveillance in hot spots Search and rescue operation Maneuvering in hazardous environment

7.CONCLUSION: We achieved our objective without any hurdles i.e. the Defence Robotic Model for War field Using XBee. As this project is based on micro-controller(ARM7LPC2148) and XBee technology is used to transmit data this can be of great use in the War Field and to minimize human casualties in terrorist attack. Since human life is always precious, these robots are the replacement of fighters against terrorist in war areas.
