1.ABSTRACT: There appear frequently natural phenomena such as collapse, landslide along the railway line, which badly threaten the transport safety of the railway. This system adopts the method of auto-monitoring, and the monitoring content is the earth's surface deformation. At the front, through high-accuracy displacement sensor, the deformation signals of the dangerous mountains can be acquired, then data collection is carried out at the regular intervals, and the real-time monitoring and pre-alarm for dangerous mountains can be achieved. This method is simple, convenient and penetrating, with lower-cost and higher -accuracy.

2.OBJECTIVES: This system adopts the method of auto-monitoring, and the monitoring content is the earth's surface deformation. At the front, through high-accuracy displacement sensor, the deformation signals of the dangerous mountains can be acquired, then data collection is carried out at the regular intervals.

3.BLOCK DIAGRAM :

4. METHODOLOGY: In the above shown block diagram the system works based on the sensors it is implemented using Arm controller which is the heart of the proposed system. When train is travelling in the mountain areas we cant judge where is dangerous areas so this system is implemented in order to reduce such situations when the train will be near to mountains or obstacles the IR sensors gets activated and it sends signal to arm gradually the arm controller reduces the speed of the train along with according to signals the speed of the train may be varied.

5. ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES:  ADVANTAGES: 1.This system does not create any harm to passengers. 2.It is simple to design. 3.This application is very useful in any place or area. 4.This application is easy to install and easy to operate. 5.Manpower can be saved. 6.More reliable than manual Operation.

 DISADVANTAGES: one time investment of cost.

6.APPLICATIONS: 1.Vehicle tracking system. 2.Fuel tracking system. 3.Patient Monitoring System. 4.Bio-Feedback control of robotics and applications. 5.Alert SMS. 6.Military applications.

7.CONCLUSION: This system can realize the monitoring for single points in dangerous regions. The core is accuracy of high -accuracy survey. Under laboratory condition, by measuring for many times, large amount of data are analyzed and processed.
