Executive Branch/Article Two P shall give from time to time Information on the state of the union and make recommendations P shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers (he serves as the nation’s leader/spokesperson) P shall be commander-in-chief of the military P shall serve as chief diplomat toward other countries

Legislative Branch/Article One The C shall be granted legislative powers The C shall make all laws necessary and proper The C may declare a yearly agenda of bills it would like to make into laws The HR and S shall introduce bills through relevant committees Bills may reach the HR or S floor for debate and vote Bills which pass both the HR and S shall be presented to the P for signing into law or veto A P veto can be overridden by a 2/3 vote of both the HR and S The HR can impeach elected members of nat’l gov’t The S serves as the “jury” for any impeached officials, requiring a 2/3 vote by the S for removal
