Why you should Be Healthy and how.  Why should people be healthy? How do you get healthy? If you don’t no I will tell you how and why. 1. Eat well 2. Have a daily jog 3. Weigh your self every now and again

Eating And Drinking  Drinking and Eating: To start a healthy you is to drink heaps of water why? Because if you don’t stop doing it you will get dehydrated and getting dehydrated I bad because u can faint or lose your memory. Eating is a problem because when people are really stressed or something they just feel like eating a heap of chocolate isn’t that annoying. So what you do is have a nice bowl of yoghurt with some fruit cause if you keep on eating junk food you will eventually die.

Running  Running: It is good for your body because it is making your muscles stronger an keeping you fit. And if you are a athlete you can keep fit. And it is good if you go out in the sun for a little to have nature surround you.
