I know that you know that it is important to be healthy, but do you understand why it is important? One reason why, is it will make you stronger. It makes you stronger because it supports your body, and your muscles will grow. It is also good for you and you will feel better. You will feel better because it will give you more energy, and your blood sugar would be steady. You would also feel better because your stomach would be running smoothly.

T HERE ARE LOTS OF WAYS TO GET HEALTHY. H EALTHY FOOD CHOICES INCLUDE : EATING THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FRUIT, VEGETABLES, MEAT, OIL AND DAIRY. T HERE ARE MANY WAYS TO EXERCISE, FROM WALKING ON A TREADMILL, TO EVEN PLAYING OUTSIDE. Y OU COULD ALSO DO A SPORT. I T S IMPORTANT TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER DURING THE DAY. A FEW LAST WAYS TO GET HEALTHY, IS TO TAKE VITAMINS ( LIKE FISH OIL ) AND GO TO THE DOCTOR S OFFICE WHENEVER YOU NEED IT.
