GroupBuying Let’s review the GroupBuy process for special promotional campaigns…

Without GroupBuy, the company would pay $26,000 for 3100 pieces purchased separately. With GroupBuy, the company will pay $18,600 for 3100 pieces purchased together. That’s $7, in savings for one product!

Different product “specials” will be offered for a limited time.

An explanation of GroupBuy will be shown at the bottom of the product offerings page.

The product details, pricing, and savings are shown here. The GroupBuy details –Time Left, Total Group Qty – are shown here.

Build your order. -Enter Your Quantity -Add to Order Add to Cart. -Add Order to Cart

-To add multiple products, click GroupBuy Offers and repeat same steps before checking out. At checkout, choose your payment method – Invoice -Enter your Branch Location or Multiple Locations with Quantities Check Out…

Enter your username: your address Enter your Password: encompass (default) If you haven’t already logged in, you will be asked to log in at this point. If you are already logged in, you will bypass this step.

IF you entered your Branch Location on the previous page, you do not need to fill out specific billing/shipping info. We will ship to your branch address on file. You will receive one summary bill per month that will include all orders for that month to approve and pass onto billing.

Final step is to Check Out of this Order. -Your order will add to the Group Total. -Your final price will be billed at the overall group total when the GroupBuy has closed.

If you are a DM, you can place an order for 1 location and checkout, then click on the GroupBuy Offers button to place another order. You will continue this process until all orders for each location are placed. Click to start a new order.
