Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project

1. Name, forename… The first question, all trainees have been identified, each of them with a degree of disability specific. 2. Age… Date and birth place… From the answers to the second question, we've identified learners aged between 15 and 25 years old. This item is important, as it is even more important to know what is the age of each learner in order to adapt the level of discourse comprehension of each and to adopt different methods of approach of the proposed themes within the various courses. 3. Sex… There were identified 6 girls and 6 boys, so 50% and 50% at the third question.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project 4. Place of residence: … The fourth question has given us the answers that we quantify 4 participants as being from rural areas – 33,3%, and 8 from the urban that – 66,6%, both in Iasi county, and surrounding counties (Neamt). 5. Phone: fixe… mobile… … The fifth question has given us details regarding the method of communication of learners, i.e. fixed or mobile phone or .

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled – Project 6 th question From the replies to the sixth question, I identified: 1 learner with 7 classes – 8,33%, 7 learners with 10 classes – 58,33% and 4 learners with university studies – 33,33%. Relative to the profession and to the experience and seniority in the profession, all said they did not have. They got the same answer, but formulated differently, what relatively, in qualitative terms, it means that all participants as direct beneficiaries of training courses in project are needing to find a job, to integrate in the labour market, can be provided with equal opportunities (equality of chances), to build an European citizenship for all people, to establish state institutions to become more involved and so on.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project 7 th question

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project Responses to the seventh question offered a clarification of the detailed training needs, after the place it occupies as important, for each participant. From the replies and charts drawn up by each student, it is clear that all courses were needed, and have proven usefulness and that they constituted an opportunity for future searches and even professions of the beneficiaries of these courses. Is remarked a desire for knowledge of how the use of IT equipment, the English language and the call center for looking for a job, either in Romania or in the European Union, but also the formation of a culture required of any employee's future labour market, with reference to labour legislation in Romania and the EU, as well as the rights and obligations of workers in the European Union, and also Self-protection and first-aid items. This question gave to the learners the opportunity of ranking classes depending on their preferences, but also to set a series of priorities for their next steps in searching for a job in/by call center. In the hierarchy of dominance that was done, pragmatic and appearance of interest learners is very clear for questions that involve the object information and are strictly related to the practice of what we can offer during a training course.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project 8 th : What did you like the most from these courses? The eighth question, the answers obtained resolves that the proposed activities are specific to a project type LdV - training sessions, training courses, cultural activities, development of specific documents and materials for the project, the mobility project meetings. The answers that we found are liked: "talks about understanding at work and first aid", "everything", "that is educational and I met new people," "the fact that all courses were available (the contents)," information and "trainers", "I very much liked at this course that you speak a foreign language", "was" earnestly, "I learned new things". 9 th : What you didn't like in this course? The question on why they did not liked received answers like "it was too short" and "not applicable". This is the reason of joy for the team of trainers, but also the project team. Involvement in project activities, of training courses, demonstrates that the majority of people interviewed desire for the position and to be able to use these opportunities in their personal development and, why not, professional.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project 10 th : Information is sufficient for finding a job? The last question, the tenth, offered only two negative responses – 16,66%, the rest 10 is YES – 83,33%. Suggestions for other possible themes were: "several hours of English" and "how to defend our fires and accidents in the workplace" - answers centred on the desire to acquire thorough knowledge in areas adjacent to the profession, but essential for working in the call center.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project THE ASSESSMENT: 6 students have obtained WELL grade and the other 6 have obtained VERY WELL, so 50% and 50%.

Learn about finding jobs for the disabled - Project CONCLUSION: 1.From the results obtained, we have formed an insight into training course of we know what are the needs and who are the people who might someday work in the call center. 2.People that are the beneficiaries of the training course are motivated by their desire to learn, to do, to find, to get involved. The experience of this course is a positive one for the whole team in Iasi. 3.The answers given to the questions are sincere, as complete as possible, not formal or elusive. It is a necessary feedback for any trainer, but also any kind of activity in a project. 4.It demonstrated once again the necessity and usefulness of questionnaire for evaluation of an activity carried out in a partnership project. 5.Such a method of research is always a good tool to find the best way to approach a topic in order to achieve goals and objectives. 6.The questionnaire provides a clear picture of what has been done well, of methods appropriate to the nature of the special needs of trainees, trainers' skills, the means of communication used for the duration of the courses, continuous assessment and final methods of evaluation.
