12 Conclusions: Following the questionnaire application, we consider that the development of this project is beneficial for the entire school community. Most of the respondents wish to get involved in the project and would advise their colleagues to participate to such activities. Most of the teachers and students improved their management skills (teamwork, responsibility, initiative and task solving) and became more interested in their personal development (most of them improved communication skills in English and IT&C skills, improved their knowledge in the European educational system). Most respondents consider that the project is useful to the school on all levels, contributing to the increased school prestige in the community.
