2.   We have established the curricula of the training courses in accordance with the special needs of disabled that will follow these courses, and with the tasks in L@jost project, and in accordance with the suggestion of the coordinator of the project – disabled that have more than 61% level of disability.  Schedule training courses: 7.08.2014-24.08.2014  National and international trainers (Hague accepted): lawyer, professors, medical assistant, PhD degrees.

3.  COURSES TOPICS  Work Legislation in EU. Rights and tasks of workers in European union  Elements of work legislation in Romania  Interculturality and European citizenship  Health and social services in EU  HOW to USE the IT EQUIPMENT and call center - for looking for a job  Selfprotection and first aid elements (individual health and hygiene)  English language  Use of English in order to find a job

4.   June 2014: selection of the members of the target-group that will follow the training courses  Establish the dates of courses with beneficiaries  Establish topics  Initial evaluation: 8 August 2014  Final evaluation: 24 August 2014  Certificate of attendance for trainees

5.   Members of the Romanian L@jost team and the trainers have learned some knowledge in Braille alphabet, also in visual disabled vocabulary. We procured in this way some information from other European projects’ products, and we are going to habilitate with them.  For the other disabled, we adapted our form courses, and we tried to make them very clear and using modern methods for attract the trainees, and also to make courses useful and pleasant, too.

6.  Example of curriculum:  Interculturality and European citizenship - 4 hours Trainer: PhD Doina Balan See Annexe – Course Programme Note: The course has in attention the skills of trainees and also their capacity of following a topic during a several time.

9.  CONCLUSIONS: 1. It’s a real need the use of “call center” system in “How to find a job”! 2. Target-group interested to learn, to do, to find, to work! 3. “Call center” system - an opportunity of disabled people. 4. The necessity and the utility of such a partnership project: everybody has to learn a lot. 5. Training courses - for find better ways of approaching a theme for achieving proposed goals and objectives. 6. Very, very important: to consult trainees for establish contents of training courses!!! 10.  7. It is important to know as more as possible about these people, and about their needs – discover point from the beginning of L@jost. 8. Easier contact of trainees for develop trainings and courses. Romanian team has an opportunity in trying to initialize or start a call center sector idea in the region – as we have said yet. 9. Following courses during the period established in accordance with beneficiaries needs, and project tasks and dates.
