There are many different types of love. For example, there is the love you give your family, the love you have for your friends, the love you have for your favorite band, and the love you have for your significant other.

Self-Love Free to be yourself. You have value and worth. Wanted and desired for you as you are rather than for what you do. Listened to and understood. That you have yourself to offer others which in itself is worthwhile. Warm, cared for, and nurtured.

In a healthy relationship, all of these types of love should be felt. In an ideal relationship, all of these types of love should be felt every day.
